Worn All Paint Off My Keys and Crying


My keyboard has taken so much over the past few years that the keys are wearing away and disappearing. The logos/stamps/paint is gone completely on some keys.

This, is something that sends shivers down my spine in a good way.. kind of makes me want to cry. I know that anyone who is serious about their writing and their computer skills will eventually wear away their keyboard.. like erosion. I thought it would have taken about 20 years for a keyboard to begin showing signs of wear. I've had this keyboard for about 4 years.

The following keys cannot be distinguished or the paint is completely worn off: 

  N
  M
  C
  V
  B
  D
  F
  G
  E
  LESS THAN COMMA
  GREATER THAN PERIOD
  LEFT CTRL
  UP ARROW
  DOWN ARROW

The following keys' paint is worn off but can still be seen barely: 

  RIGHT ARROW
  LEFT ARROW
  K
  R
  ENTER
  FORWARD SLASH QUESTION MARK
The following keys' paint is in good shape but starting to show some signs of wear: 
  RIGHT CTRL
  LEFT ALT
  COLON
  O
